赔付方案Team Leader需要提供全面的支持和管理,包括在运营期间的所有面试,雇佣和招聘; 质量改进活动,会见客户并了解售后服务需求。监督团队确保收入周期指南,政策和步骤有序地建立,以维持信息的完整,包括预约,挂号,等候,开票和准确的赔付申请。 联系收益周期团队与医院各部门的专业人士; 发现改进机遇,提高效率与目前流程的效能。除了遵守适用的国家规章外,保证部门生产力和质量保证标准。向监督 日常操作的同事提供指导。 负责现场收益周期培训和教育的开发与简化以确保知识被运用到最佳的实践状态和系统步骤。 召开定期会议,准备年度业绩考核。

Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS) offers a full range of healthcare revenue operational solutions from management of the business office to admissions, health information, and intensive A/R recovery.  Concentration is on the operational efficiency in collection and distribution of accurate patient data resulting in clean claims submission and an accelerated accounts receivable process.   Focuses on the hospital revenue cycle by assisting clients to optimize revenue, improve cash flow and strengthen their financial position.



Job Profile Summary
Team Leader I provides overall support and management of assigned associates with responsibility for interviewing, hiring and staffing during all hours of operations; quality improvement activities and meeting client/customer service expectations. Oversees team to ensure established Revenue Cycle guidelines, policies and procedures are followed in order to maintain the integrity of information utilized for scheduling, registration, coding, billing, and accurate claims submission. Acts as a professional liaison between other Revenue Cycle teams and between hospital departments; recognizing opportunities for improvement, increased efficiency and effectiveness of current processes.  Ensures department productivity and quality assurance standards are met in addition to compliance with applicable state/federal regulations.  Provides guidance and direction to associates who are responsible to oversee the day to day operations. Responsible for development and facilitation of onsite revenue cycle training and education to ensure seamless knowledge transfer of best practices and systems procedures.  Conducts periodic meetings with associates in preparation for annual performance review.

Must be able to read and write English.
