             1工作职责Responsibility:  
            - Achieve sales Rev and profitability target;  
            - Streamline Partner’s inventory and retail, supply in deficiency and enhance retail;  
            - Manage the local sales promoters team, ramp up their performance and care their IDP;  
            - Deliver trainings of product, store management and selling skills to local promoters  
            - Work with Partners on store mgmt including but not only: Booth setup, demo machine management and illustration, marcom material etc to drive traffic and attractive image;  
            - Co-ordinate with Dell internal team on AR collection, customer issue solving, marketing campaign implement, etc.  
            - Report daily performance, actions plan to manager and solid the execution;  
            - Promo Brand image and enlarge the local market shares;  
             
            2职位要求Qualification:  
            - College diploma or above, 5+ years sales working experience with 3+ year in people management role.  
            - Experience on retail/channel management are preferred;  
            - Good communication skill and teamwork, creative ideas are required;  
            - People management skill on developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual performance.  
            - Drive to excellence.
