The System Administrator’s primary duties would include:
· Creating Korn Shell Scripts
· Solving problems in UNIX / Linux environment
· Trace Processes
Candidate Profile:
Basic Requirements:
· Skilled in UNIX Automation:
o Skilled at creating Korn Shell (ksh) scripts
o Good problem solving skills in UNIX/Linux environment
o Able to trace processes
· Solid UNIX/Linux Administration Skills:
o Skilled in working at the UNIX/Linux command line.
o Skilled in using compound korn shell commands.
o Skilled in vi editor
o Able to monitor systems for performance problems and identify problematic processes.
o Able to analyze processes on the system..
· Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written
· Excellent Initiative to see issues and appropriately work the issues
· Follow through to provide excellent customer services
· 4-6 years relevant experiences
· Team work oriented
Advanced Skills:
· Skilled with managing and maintaining security and permissions for logins, directories and files on many servers
· Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
