The Opportunity:
The primary duties include:
· Level 2 / L3 Service Desk and On-call Support (8x5)
· Issue resolving for Oracle Database, OAS, LDAP, and other systems
Candidate Profile:
Basic Requirements:
· The candidates’ technical background should include:
o 6-8 years and up for System Support experiences
o 6 years and up Oracle Database Administration or maintenance experience
· Communication Skills in English
Advanced Skills:
· It will be a plus for candidates to have the skills in:
o OAS
o Http/Siteminder
o LDAP
· Team-work oriented
· Self-motivated
