Responsibilities:
· Work in conjunction with the Technical Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and overcome any obstacles
· Identify, analyze, track and report system and other related problems and issues to the Technical Project Manager
· Provide guidance through knowledge transfer to support the following areas:
Ø User requirements for data views, components, applications, forms, and alerts
Ø Development of data views, applications, reports, forms and alerts
· Assist in Customer Interface Analyst in identifying procedural and operational changes
· Participate in system testing
· Track feature enhancements and /or document problems, captured during implementation, for action by the development team
· Provide support during go-live
· Work with PM to obtain customer sign-offs
Requirements
· University degree and above;
· 4-6 years relevant experiences
· Strong communication skills;
· The ability to manage multiple projects and requests at one time;
· Strong documentation and/or technical writing skills;
· Team work oriented;
· Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written;
· Ability to be on call
