Job Responsibility:
· Assist Sr. training manager to plan and implement reinforcement trainings for TMR and supervisor to ensure continuous improvement of sales quality and team performance.
· Assist Sr. training manager to prepare training budget and headcount plan and monitor budget progress.
· Develop and conduct training programs and courses for TMR and supervisor to address TM's training needs.
· Establish key measurements for reflecting the implementation persistency of each training course.
· Provide training to business partners, if required, related to the launches of our TM campaigns.
Job Experience:
· Bachelor's degree.
· Minimum of 4 years of training experience. Experience in insurance or telemarketing industry would be an added advantage.
· Proven experience in developing and delivering training courses.
· Proficiency in MS office, Power Point, Excel, Outlook.
· Good in writing and understanding written English.
· Ability to deal with diverse cultures.
· Good communicator with proven ability to plan and deliver effective training.
· Independent working capability and highly responsible.
· Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure.
· Capable of managing changes, resolving problems in a changing environment.
· Willing to travel. |
