内部销售经理 ISM   工作地点：上海/厦门/大连

o Deliver against sales quotas.

o Lead the sales team to deliver the business's financial and telecom targets;

o Manage, Support and motivate sales team to provide best customer experience and solutions based on the customer's needs through effective communication over the phones;

o Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales incentive programs, career development opportunities, reporting mechanisms, and marketing programs.

Requirements:

oCollege diploma or above, 5+ years sales working experience with 3+ year in people management role. IT industry, call center working experience preferred

o Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets.

o Have experience and ability to coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics.

o Good at developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual performance.

o Drive to excellence.

o Fluent Cantonese and English is a must if for HKGT sales Manager

o Able to locate in Xiamen/DL

工作职责：
- 领导销售团队完成公司指定的销售指标，包括总销售额及销售利润等；
- 管理，支持并激励每一位销售代表通过有效的电话沟通了解客户需求，并根据客户的具体需求提供最优质的客户体验、解决方案及产品配置；
- 协调公司内部各种资源，提供有效的员工奖励制度，职业发展规划，日常管理体制及相应的市场推广项目。

职位要求：
- 本科以上学历，5年以上的销售经验及3年以上的团队管理经验；
- 坚实的销售管理能力及经验体现在通过对一定的销售团队的管理完成具有挑战性的销售任务；
- 注重工作流程管理及具体的销售目标管理，从而督导销售人员提高销售能力；
- 善于发掘及指导下属不断提高个人发展空间及业绩表现；
- 良好的英文读、写及沟通能
