JOB SUMMARY工作综述:
Lead accounting team, preparing finance statement and analysis reports.
Coordinate external audit and internal audit.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES工作职责:
1. Lead accounting team, train them and build a strong accounting team.
2. Set costing method, accounting process, closing process and reporting process.
3. Review journal entries.
4. Timely provide accurate, accountable, authentic finance statements based on Chinese GAAP and Canadian GAAP (or IFRS).
5. Track product costing data, compare our data with the goal or competitors data, assist finance leader to devote to product cost control through (not only) improving labor efficiency, reducing electricity consumption, logistics cost, cutters cost, scrap.
6. Assist finance leader to complete the budget, analyze the actual financials with the budget or other goals to find the root cause.
7. Provide the financials analysis report. E.g. Actual vs. budget, actual vs. forecast.
8.Work with internal control, prevent the mistakes in accounting through duty segregation, double-check, and effective process, etc.
9. Coordinate external audit.
10.Review tax declaration, other reports to local government.

Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS任职要求:
.Professional Background: at least 3 year accounting work experience; at least 1 year accounting team leader role.
.Experience in Automotive/component Company would be a plus.
.Fluent in English and Putonghua both written and oral, have a good communication skills.
. Ability to work independently, committed and able to fit in and work well with people at all levels.
. Dealing with tasks conscientiously and securing the co-operation of others.
.Bachelor degree in accounting, familiar with Chinese GAAP & IFRS.
