| Main Responsibilities/工作职责 1、Achieve company’s sales target and execute sales strategy in the area; 完成销售任务，贯彻执行公司的销售策略； 2、evelop and execute marketing development strategy, and enhance brand image in the area 因地制宜，开拓、实施所辖区域的市场发展计划，增强公司在区域市场的影响力； 3、Plan and control annual sales budget in the area; 所辖省年度销售费用计划的制定及控制； 4、 Prepare and control annual listing and merchandising plan 所辖省年度铺货及陈列计划的制定、控管； 5、Develop and manage distributor to establish daily operation system; 发展与管理经销商，协助经销商建立市场运作体系； 6、 Lead the whole team and in charge of provincial sales team structure 领导和激励销售团队，负责销售人员的委派； 7、 In charge of evaluation, training and coaching of the sales team in the area. 负责所辖省内销售人员评估，培训及辅导培训。 Qualification & Experience/职位要求 1、Bachelor degree or above; 大学本科以上学历； 2、3+years distributor and KA management experience in MNC in FMCG 3年以上国际快速消费品公司经销商或重要客户管理经验 3、1+year regional sales experience 1年以上区域销售管理经验； 4)、Familiar with overall business profile in the province: market performance, distributor, sales channel 熟悉所辖区域的市场、经销商、销售渠道； 5、Excellent communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving skill; 优秀的沟通及协调、组织能力和解决问题的能力； 6、 Excellent sales and negotiation skill; 良好的销售和谈判技巧； 7、Strong leadership power. 出色的团队领导能力。 8、 Good oral and written English 良好的英文能力。 |
