Main responsibility:
Monitor and analyze competition i.e. products, systems, pricing and marketing activities
Provide product selection, costing, design, technical presentation & proposal * Analyze sourcing, feasibility, cost and communication strategy
Manage all customers' complaints related to technical issues
Define product strategy, select product range, plan and forecast marketing and sales
Permanently gather customer’s feedback to develop the product range and market further during product life circle
Support sales force i.e. through technical training and providing technical solutions to customers
Design and provide marketing tools such as brochures, catalogues, point of sales material and customer training
Submit Monthly and weekly report on time for management decision
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or above, Majored in Mechanical, Automation or related
Over 3 year experience in Oil & Gas equipment, Mining equipment , crane equipment industries as a product or design engineer.
Good written and spoken English
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision in customer*focused environment
Be positive, proactive, self motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player
Excellent computer skills in MS*office, CAD,and internet application
Willing to travel
