Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall sales target for the assigned area according to company plan and market condition Participates in the developing of sales strategy. Develop new customers, new product application area/industry. Maintain effective relationships with existing customers and keep existing business againt competitions. Works out annual budget plan & management. Recruits sales staff, trains & builds the sales team in the assigned area. Assesses sales result, market forecast, and promotes sales performance. Submits monthly report for Sales Department. 岗位职责:
1、根据公司计划和市场情况,负责指定区域内的全部销售任务。
2、参与销售策略的制定。
3、开发新客户和新的产品应用区域/行业领域。
4、维系与现有客户的合作关系,并在竞争环境下保持现有业务的增长。
5、制定年度财政预算和管理系统。
6、招聘并培训销售人员,构建指派区域的销售团队。
7、评估销售成果,预测市场前景,提高销售水平。
8、提交月度消售报告。
Bachelor's degree or above, Majored in Mechanical, Automation or related
At least 5 years relevant sales experience in industries, the experience in Oil & Gas equipment, Mining equipment , crane equipment industries will be a plus.
Commendable track record in marketing and sales in industries product is desirable
Commercial and technical background and understanding Good personality and interpersonal skills Good command of English speaking, reading ,writing & listening 1~2 years experience as a sales manager or a sales supervisor. Willing to travel. 资格与相关技能
1、学士或学士以上学位,主修机械、自动化或相关专业。
2、5年以上销售工业产品的工作经验,从事过油气田设备、矿业设备和起重机行业相关工作者优先。
3、有优秀的从事工业产品市场营销工作的履历。
4、具备商业和技术方面的背景和理解能力。
5、优秀的品格和沟通技能。
6、优秀的英语能力,包括听、说、读、写。
7、具有1-2年担任销售经理或主管的经验。
8、愿意出差。
