Position Description/Responsibilities:
The main responsibility is to monitor the implementation of safety policy and procedures in the company through the safety activities including planning, inspections/audits, process and programs to ensure that the business and operations in the company are compliance with safety standard. Regular review the implementation of safety policies, rules, standards, process and system in the company. Prepare technical and safety year plan and budget, monitor the performance, analyses and report the trend to the Plant Manager, identify the opportunity for continual improvement. Lead technical and safety team to provide technical support and emergency service to meet production needs;. Develop and train up the technical and safety force to be a strong team Provide technical and safety guidance and trainings to the company staff as well as contractors and suppliers. Organize incident investigation and report the near-miss and incidents as per the company's safety guideline. Liaise with relative local authorities in terms of technical and safety. Job requirement: Bachelor degree or above in engineering or technical/safety management. Minimum 5 years experience in terms of safety, engineering or operations management. Experiences in steel-rope are preferred. Proficiency in English skill is preferred. 1，建立和维持安全、健康和环保体系（EHSS）。协助在公司运行中执行核心的EHSS任务。 任职&技能要求: 1， 相关专业大学专科及以上学历,安全员资格。ISO14000/OHS18000内审员资格优先。
2， 了解关于环保、安全和应急反应的国家标准。 3， 了解国家关于设施和人员安全的规章制度。 4， 外资企业五年相关工作经验优先,有能力在快节奏的工作环境中处理多个任务和确定优先事项。 5， 具有与高层领导和同事就复杂问题进行良好沟通（听取、口头和书面沟通及演示）的能力。 6， 有能力准备准确、有效、完整和易于理解的报告和文件。 7， 良好的团队合作精神及英语沟通能力。 |
