Job Summary:
With input from manufacturing, manages the direct material and services, tooling and capital procurement processes, developing certified vendors and long-term supply contracts. Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Strategy development for 2. Team leadership, direct management of planning and warehouse team. 3. Staffs working knowledge, working skill training. 4. Team working quality monitoring, staff working attitude and working style coaching. 5. Set up and modify supply chain planning & inventory policies and process. 6. Optimization of Standard Operation Procedure to well support the execution of agreed planning policy. 7. Management of all the supply chain planning activities (product import & export & domestics). 8. Functions & SOP KPI's management. 9. Exceptional and issue management. 10. Data & information management. 11. Reporting efficiency and data quality. 12. Interface with regional/global planning team. 13. Future supply chain design, information flow & material flow rationalization. 14. Functional budget and expenses control. 15. Site warehouse management. 16. Import/Export activities cost control. 17. Good skills to build up network for internal and external. 18. Knowledge for manage the international trading business. 19. Performs other tasks as assigned by management. Qalifications:
-Broad base knowledge of planning (especially on MRPII), warehouse management and supply chain processes.
-Planning function KPI's setting, monitoring and measuring. -Qualitative analyzing and reporting. -Familiar with ERP system as plus. -Strong leadership skill. -Skill of conducting challenge, change, control process. -Interpersonal relationship and capability to operate in a matrix organization. -Problem solving and decision making. -Good communication, cooperation and coordination skills. -Issue and exceptional management. -Analytical thinking. -Sharing and influencing.
