Responsibilities:  
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.  
• Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy.  
• Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery.  
• Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda.  
• Ensure appropriate career development programs and initiatives are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning needs.  
• Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues and other development feedback.  
• Work closely with COE HR teams (Talent Acquisition, C&B, POC) to ensure that corporate HR programs are delivered efficiently and effectively. Be a change advocate to influence the design and delivery of corporate HR initiatives.  
• Be a business partner. Engage in every aspect of business and offer insights and points of view beyond just HR.  
Requirements:  
• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related field.  
• 8-10 years of Human Resources experience, including prior HR Business partner experience.  
• Demonstrated success in multiple Human Resources functional areas within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  
• Results orientation and demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.  
• Excellent project management skills, including successful leadership of projects from planning phase through completion.  
• Excellent leadership skills including superb communication, delivery of results, consultative skills, partnership skills, and team building.  
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and to take initiative with limited direction.  
• Prior experience working with teams across multiple geographies is a plus.  |
