Position Description:
1)Sourcing Touch Panel and NB LCD with new innovated process and technology

Position Requirements:
1) Investigate the industry / supplier for technology, product capability for supply, Cost and quality control.
2) Communicate with internal team, BU, RD, cost team, supply team to make sourcing proposal.
3) Fluent speaking and writing in English
4) Presentation Skill, including develop the presentation slide
5) Basic technical understanding to understand the critical point of the subject technical discussion and discuss with supplier and internal team.
6) Procurement / Sourcing Job back ground to manage the procurement process and document control well.
