Position Description:
1. Manage supplier readiness for the electronic supply base of a major;
2. New product launch - process readiness, design readiness, drive to yield and cost targets, cost reductions, schedule, and capacity;
3. Key measures of success are having enough parts for ramp, the right capacity, at the right cost/yield;
4. Executing the component prototype schedule without missing a build.

Position Requirements:
1. BS in electronic engineering ,electronic engineer;
2. 5+ year experience.
