Position Description:
Take charge of Plant HR full function management (Including people management and business partner)
1.Strategic Business Partner: Drive and assist business to achieve business strategy;
2.HR Projects’implementation: Follow and implement corporate HR projects;
3.Cooperation with Function HR team：Work closely with Function HR team on people recruiting, People Development, HR operations (DL payroll, workforce), Employee Relations ;
4. Culture & communication: Focus on employee communication and culture promotion activities and people engagement;
5. Organization Structure Optimization: HC management, C&B policy management. Position
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related field.
2. At least five years experience in Full function in manufacturing industry or electronic industry;.
3. Strategic, organized and result-driven, good at problem solving.
4. Excellent communication (both Mandarin and English) and execution capability. |
