Position Description:
1. Execute GSM category strategies into long term supplier development plan.
2. Manage existing supplier: evaluate and improve supplier performance to create capability for long term development need.
3.Lead the team and make sure material requirement for the project are complete and exactly understood by suppliers；
4. Closely communicate with cross functional teams.Involve in establishment and maintain purchasing process.
5. Ensure the KPI metrics set forth at the corporate level are met for the commodity .

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor above or equivalent experience;
2.> 7 years of purchasing/procurement experpience in multinational company；
4. English fluent to be working language；
5. Logical thinking and problem solving skill；
6. Data analysis skill；
7. High level of team management and leadership skills； Good communication skill；
8. Familar with MS office software, and knowlege of SAP；"
