Position Description:
Responsibilities
1. Lead and work with R&D team to define DFM guidance
2. Define the DFM process and support build in product 3T stage, handover the qualified process to Mfg.
3. Coordinate and execute Assembly capability creation, verification and introduction.
4. Create/Update DFM documentation to define and describe the assembly process and related subassembly processes according to scope of Mfg DFM on DFM operation mode.
5. Information sharing and training for factory teams on product related assembly technology and process aspects.
6. Drive and lead activities in the Mfg community and actively share lessons learnt in DFM community.

Work experience Requirements
1. 6years+ work experience in manufacture industry, phone biz related experience is preferred.
2. Rich experience on two of the below background:
a) Electronic manufacture engineering experience, SMT or Assembly.
b) LEAN or 6 sigma knowledge and related project experience.
c) Mechanical design and fixture design capability.
3. Good understanding of DFM methodologies. Ability to apply DFM principles in practice
4. Understanding of the relationship between DFM and manufacturing efficiency, product quality, cost, E2E product manufacturability optimization.
5. Project management skill and PMP is preferred.
6. Expert in product and process verification and analyses methods

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic, computer, communication, automatic control or Common Capability requirements:
1. Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written) is a must.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills
3. Good social and team working skills
4. Positive, proactive and very systematic approach on problems solving and troubleshooting.
5. Capable to work independently and remotely with product development.
