职位描述:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
 Customer Quality Engineers’ education/coaching/management.
 Take lead on customer touch point management: Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
 Participate in Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Production Validation (PV) and process launch teams.
 Customer satisfaction survey conduction.
 Customer complaints’ handling and reporting.
 Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects to satisfy customer.
 Conduct process audit & D audit.
 Conduct G54 audit to ensure the new product launch successfully
 To complete the task that given by Department manager.

EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
 Bilingual in Chinese and English.
 Excellent customer report writing skills.
 Problem solving, team building, communication and decision making skills.
 Knowledge of quality standards such as TS16949.
 Experience with automotive quality-related activities such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) and FMEA.
 Good health, non-achromatopsia, non-color weakness, remedy eyesight above 1.0
 6 Sigma experience or equivalent is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent academic credentials.
Experience: Above 5 years manufacturing experience.
Above 3 years OEM customer experience.
