Position Description:

1.Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

2.Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs, identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business

3.Maintain a knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends, ensure that a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates and organization

4. Drive or invovle HR key projects

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree, excellent command of both oral and written English;

2. Strategic, organized and result-driven, good at communication and execution;

3. Above 8 years experience in Human Resources, Manufacturing background preferred
