MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

1.     KPI:Develops braking manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirements and achieve the targets including: HSE, Headcount, OEE, Scrap rate & amount, PPMH (Pieces per man hour), PPM, LPA,  TPM, 5S, CIS.

2.     Communication / Meeting / Reports:Participate production/operation meetings, reviews data & reports on manufacturing activities, performance and results and Drive execution of improving action plan to achieve above targets

3.     Project Management:Participate projects including new line set up, new product launch, CIS project and others to assist Operations Manager plan, implement, and drive for braking operation excellence on quality, costs, efficiency etc.

4.     People Management:Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the braking production staff including Direct, Indirect and Salaried, select, manages and trains production staff, conduct proper communication with Direct, Indirect and Salaried, develop/propose motivation scheme to improve Direct labour efficiency

5.     OthersPer TRW/TACS requirements, to complete tasked assigned by high level.

COMPETENCIES：

1.     Bachelor Degree of mechanical/machinery/engineering/operation management, or higher   in related fields.

2.     3-5 years of related experience with minimum 1 year as a senior manager in the field of production management in manufacturing environment.

3.     Demonstrated experience in motivating, mentoring employees and meeting business objectives

4.     Demonstrated problem solving skills i.e., 8D, 5-why etc.

5.     Strong manufacturing and business knowledge, systematic and continuously consistent at actions, good at thinking and analysis to solve problem or provide valuable suggestions

6.     Capable of being certified on lean manufacturing principles

7.     Good time management and organizational skills

8.     Good verbal and written communication skills, good English(Oral & written) for presentation and writing
