JOR RESPONSIBILIES:
1、Sets, maintains and manages high standard of manufacture engineering at TACS Wuhan;
2、Develop and implement AME solutions for Wuhan caliper business;
3、Responsible for creating capital budgets & expenses controlling for projects;
4、Liaise with AP / Global engineering functions, related product line mother plant, and sister facilities for process engineering on all related activities;
5、Champion reactive & proactive process engineering activities on site;
6、Improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques to ensure overall operations efficiency;
7、Manages and trains professional engineers ;
8、Determines proper staffing and skills levels for the engineering people;

COMPETENCIES：
1、Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluent in Oral English;
2、A proven disciplined approach to project management;
3、Solid knowledge and experience of manufacturing technologies, process development at assembly, machining area;
4、A good team player with other dept, good at communication;
5、Experience of team management as a leader.
6、Bachelor Degree in mechanical/machining engineering or advanced  degree in related field
7、Minimum 5 years experience in assembly/machining manufacturing engineering;
8、Experience for new production introduction & transferring into China

9、Proven experience for developing new manufacturing process and Implementation.
