职位描述:

Job Objective工作目标:

Engaged in all HRA management aspects to support the local business development by putting in place, developing skilled and motivated employees at Sekurit Wuhan according to business development needs.

Job Responsibility工作职责:

n   Implement Sekurit HR working process and policy in local plant.

n   Make recruitment needs analysis and plan for people placement or movement,  analyze people turnover, propose and implement the solution to ensure people availability in local business.

n   Set up Skill & Training matrix, make training needs analysis, plan and follow up, ensure the qualification of people on the job.

n   Organize performance review, people review, succession plan with business manager, build up and update people development plan

n   Organize job evaluation,review salary & incentive plan to support business in people retention and motivation  

n   In charge of company and HR policy consulting and culture deployment, employee relations, employee conflicts mgt, employee satisfaction survey analysis.

n   Act as a bridge between employee & the business to enhance two-way communication.

n   Be familiar with local labor law and regulations, ensure compliance with local HR practices.

n   In charge of local administrative coordination on people reception, canteen, employee dormitory, shuttle bus, attendance management etc.

n   Work with EHS team on the aspects of employee safety, hygiene and environment.

n   Initiatively work with Sekurit China HRA functions to implement Sekurit policies and procedures. Get the functional HRA support for local adaptation.

Complete other tasks assigned by HRA Director China or local Operation Manager.
