Responsibilities: 2. Provide support to management while preparing and implementing organization changes; 3. Communicate and coordinate with the CEO and the leadership team. 4. Define the people and organization strategies to address all areas of talent management including attraction, retention and motivation. 5. Align with the Group strategy and drive the HR strategy and function within the overall corporate strategy and framework. Qualification 1. Excellent relationship management at all levels and a high level of personal maturity. 2. Excellent communication (English and Chinese) and influencing skills. 3. Strategic and operational planning capability. 4. Confident and effective in dealing with senior leadership 5. Ability to appreciate financial numbers, statements and ability to handle financial budgets. 6. Results driven with excellent Project/Program Mgt Skills 7.The role combines facets of strategic HR, such as policy development, planning employee development and training as well as operational areas including legislative and corporate governance and compliance, compensation and benefits,performance management, organization development, M&A and talent management 8.
