职位描述:

Job Description
Take charge of operation and management with setting reasonable team structure, operation procedure and service criteria to provide the organization professional, accurate service;
Build team structure with reasonable people allocation in line with business supporting strategy;
Set service criteria and KPI to acquire internal customer's acceptance;
Develop and prioritize working procedure to make sure clear and transparency policies with smooth communications;
Effectively plan and improve HR management system and tools to improve efficiency;
Make budget with reasonable cost control;
Lead team to provide C&B, payroll, pensions service in time and accurately;
Guide team to initiate and implement HR related projects effectively to support business growth;
Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures;
Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines;
Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues;
Other assignments from direct superior;
Develops and maintains positive relationships with co-workers and company stakeholders. Demonstrates respect for all individuals.
Makes decisions in a confident and timely manner, reaches sound decisions and exercises good judgment based on balanced consideration of facts, priorities, and alternatives.
Performs one's duties in a trustworthy, reliable and honest manner, avoid taking inappropriate risks;
Maintains high ethics in business transactions in compliance with the company / local operation policies and national / international laws;
The willingness to take responsibility and accept change; Initiates and/or incorporates new work methods, processes, and technology; Acts as a role model in the promotion of environmental, health and safety issues of the company;
Ascertains that the employees under his/her supervision understand, practice and enforce the Company Safety Program;
Provides a clear vision that motivates others to accomplish what both the organization and customers need in the long run;
Sets high standards of performance for self and others. Monitors progress and redirects efforts when goals change or are not met; Encourages team work and partnership;
Respects individual differences and utilizes the diverse thinking and contribution of team members. Promotes a work environment in which people are involved, included and have a sense of ownership; Promotes development of people;
Provides feedback in the form of information, insight, encouragement, and positive reinforcement; Works with employees to solve performance problems and prepares them for current and future business demands;

Develops and articulates a convincing position; Generates enthusiasm for ideas by tapping into shared values; Holds firm to own position when necessary;

Encourage open exchange of information and viewpoints; Demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to others' needs in communicating and/or making decisions; Utilizes communication methods appropriate to situations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above and major in human resource management or related field;
Minimum 10 years' working experience in Human Resource Field, 5 years in multinational company, Be familiar with HR related procedures including HR Information System, payroll, social benefit etc;
5 years or above management experience;
Good command in English both written and spoken;
