Responsibilities:
Support customer concerns/complaints
Support quality technicians with production quality issues/concerns
Support SQE’s with supplier concerns
Handle personnel issues (conflict resolution, scheduling, etc.)
Validate/manage quality system
Manage testing material and procedure
Stop production in case of quality issue
Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution
Participate in defining the training plan for its service
Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent and a minimum 8 years’ experience in Industrial Company
