Job Description：
Job Title：Senior packing engineer 
Job Objective：
Supply the best solution for product package with usage/cost/ quality consideration
Packing costs follow up and reach the target
Closely follow up each project packing progress in different phase, zero missing of the validation

Job Responsibilities：
Packing design for all the finished goods
Packing sample pallet analysis and testing;
Final modification and confirmation of the pallet;
Formal running test and Customer approval of packaging;
First lot formal pallet preparation and confirmation;
Communication with supplier for any problem exiting in formal pallet;
Overall Logistic cost for RFQ (including packing, packaging, transportation, …);
Final modification and confirmation of logistic cost calculation according to any change of information from Sales and Development;
Accomplishing action plan for all packing failure founded( Internal or customer complaint);
Arrangement of pallet maintenance in SC;
Analysis and suggestion for current logistic flow;
Budget calculation;
Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor
Language: English& mandarin
Computer skill: AutoCAD&MS Office（Excel; Word&Powerpoint;）
Work experience: Three years or above packing experience
Others to be specified:Strong teamwork、carefulness、high responsibility and communication skill
