RESPONSIBILIES:
1.Support and maintain the MfgPro (QAD) system by working closely with Asia Pacific QAD support team.
Ensure MfgPro features and process are effectively integrated within the business function to achieve maximum productivity, and review the MfgPro system and business process on a regular basis to ensure they are in compliance with the process design, and business procedures/controls.
Support the existing users
Analyze new user requirements, and provide solutions through the design and delivery of new processes.
2.Strongly support the financial/cost activities in QAD, including month end, cost roll-up, physical inventory, setup of new items, etc…. Fully responsible for the operations of the QAD system/modules, including but not limited to finance, materials, and production.
3.Other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager. |
