Job Responsibilities工作职责:
Production
1、To meet production schedules true the efficient use of manpower material and equipment;
2、To exercise administration responsibility for discipline, employee morale and harmonious relations of all production personnel;
3、To review and evaluate performance of production operation and take necessary actions to improve them;
4、To initiate/coordinate corrective measures for prompt actions on operational related problems;
5、To ensure good internal communication in the section;
6、To coordinate with other sections/departments on matters regarding production operations;
7、To ensure and maintain good housekeeping safe working practice;
8、To set up and maintain operation procedures for prompt and accurate reporting system;
9、To implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance to company policies, rules and Regulations;      
10、To improve and coordinate continues improving of process.
Planning
1、Build the production schedule daily bases to ensure both stock and delivery is safety and under target stock level
2、Material Plan made based on the central planning request
3、SAP operation in both production & material
Logistic
1、Monitor and supervise direct raw material, indirect materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods receiving, issuing, and delivery flow, to guarantee a daily scheduled and on time operation.
2、Supervise and Control the proper implementation of DCS and SAP system, guarantee the consistence between system and physical flow.
3、Transportation arrangement based on the plant needs.
4、Monitor and control and inventory on site to reach the target level. Provide warning and request adjustment when variance occurred  or potential risk realized. 
5、Manage and follow up the pallet demand, return & maintenance
6、Manage the packing standard of products
7、5S in his (her) team
8、Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company’s policies, rules and Regulations
9、Responsible for the performance of EHS in the function.

Job Requirements工作要求
- Bachelor degree or above
-CET-4 or above, Could be written and spoken English
-Excellence in MS Office.
-More than 3years experience in Logistic/Planning
