职位描述:

Responsibilities

Drive the overall strategy and execution of Unit Business in China (Beijing, Shanghai and Xi’an). He/she will manage the operations. Accountabilities include establishment of business group goals and operating strategy for business development, project management, resource planning, delivery quality & process management, customer relationship retain and financial management.

 Provide strategic vision:

 Improve current working process and evaluate use of new ways to enable business group to grow business as planned.

Define and execute strategy alignment and company strategies.

Drive the build up of  delivery capabilities

 Lead and manage the team:

Coach, train, challenge, empower and motivate current team. Facilitate regular and effective communication among teams of the business group. Help team leaders with hiring and thinking through organizational structure as changes to the business/people occur.

Inspire team members and help standardize delivery process, quality & execution.

Meet and host customers and their visiting

Maintain and increase company credibility through customer evaluation.

Define KPI for direct report team members and conduct regular performance appraisal.

 Manage financial performance:

Meet the P&L targets set by Company

Develop budget and forecast for business in delivery perspective

Manage all lines on the business, with in depth understanding of the financial levers to grow the business profitably.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree, with over 8 years working experience in IT industry..

Familiar with the model of outsourcing business, familiar with the entire process.

Management: Business planning; resource allocation and prioritization; long term planning; critical thinking; presentations (external and internal).

Financial Management: budget development and management; contingency planning for additional spending and cost cutting.

Strategic Planning: Ability to conceptualize and execute a departmental vision. Issue identification and action plan development. Both tangible and non-tangible objectives.

People Management: Ability to manage talent with diverse skill sets, cultures and conflicting agendas.
