职位描述:

Task Description
主要任务描述
1. 贯彻执行公司各项规章制度
Implement the rules and regulations of the company
2. 建立健全公司人力资源及行政管理规章制度、业务流程并监督执行;
Establish and develop corporate human resources and administrative rules
and regulations, business process and supervise the implementation;
3. 拟订并执行部门管理制度和部门工作流程。
Development and implementation of HR department management system
and workflow.
4. 负责收集、整理、分析国家方针政策、法律法规,为公司管理委员会的经营
决策提供参谋;
Responsible for the collection and analysis of national policies, laws and
regulations, providing advices for operating decisions of the Management Committee of the Company
5. 负责对公司的各项决议事项开展督办工作,协调和督促相关部门落实决议要
求,并将督办结果及时向总经理反馈。
Responsible for the supervision and coordination of carrying out the
resolutions of the company, and timely feedback the supervision results to the general manager.
6. 根据公司年度经营目标和计划,拟定年度人力资源行政管理目标与年度工作
规划,编制并控制年度人力行政预算,确保人力行政管理目标的达成;
Draft annual human resources and administration objectives and annual
work planning according to annual business goals and plans,
7. 依据公司年度经营目标和计划,主导组织机构的设置和变更,进行全公司定
岗定编管理。
Arrange organization settings and change, determine posts and allocation
management according to annual business goals and plans,
8. 负责依据公司发展,审核与控制公司员工总编制及各部门岗位设置及人员配
置方案
Responsible for setting and staffing programs based on the development of
the company, and audit and control headcounts and posts
9.建立规范化的招聘系统 Establish standardization recruitment system
10. 建立并实施培训计划 Establish and implement training plan
11. 薪酬绩效体系的建立与完善 Establish and develop the performance and
salary system
12. 处理招聘、任用、辞退、晋升、调职、薪资调整,审批加班、休假申请
Dispose recruiting\dismissal\ promotion\salary adjustment\ transfer, and
approve work overtime and vacation request
13. 推进集团的HR相关项目Propel group HR related projects
14. 建立并保存员工个人档案和劳动合同 Establish and maintain employee personal files and labor contract
15. 检查和维护日常办公秩序,组织做好各部门的沟通协调工作Inspection and maintenance routine office order, organizations
communication and coordination the work of the various departments.
16. 负责公文的制发审核、收发流转和重要公文拟写
Responsible for official documents issued by audit the transceiver circulation
and important documents drafting
17. 制定执行公司行政费用预算Definition and the implementation of corporate administrative expenses
budget
18. 审核公司办公用品采购申请,指导建立公司的办公用品台帐Audit stationary procurement applications, and guide the establishment of
the company's office supplies ledger
19. 负责优化通勤车辆、员工午餐的安排及完善绿化、办公场所清洁卫生的管

Responsible for optimizing shuttle bus, staff lunch arrangements and
improve the green offices hygiene
20. 参与公司管理委员会会议 Participate in corporate management committee meetings
21. 参与公司安全委员会会议 Participate in safety Committee Meeting
22. 参与公司QILIN指标回顾会议 Participate in QILIN indicators review meeting
23. 规范例会管理制度Specification regular meeting management institution
24. 明确本部门人员岗位职责和业绩目标Clarify department personnel
responsibilities and performance objectives,负责本部门人员的业绩面谈,考核与技能培训 Responsible for personnel performance interviews within department's, assessment and skills training
25. 工作例会与工作协调 Rgular work and coordination
26. 部门内部工作流程的完善 Improve the internal workflow
27. 处理员工抱怨、申诉Deal with employees complain,离职面谈Dimission
Interview,劳动争议处理、调解Labor disputes conciliation,组织、督促合理化建议的实施Organization, supervision the implementation of the rationalization proposals
28. 参与5S检查Participate in 5S checking,5S行动计划的督办Supervision
action plan of 5S,公共区域5S管理(工厂外围、更衣室、餐厅、走廊等),督促文化宣传看板定期更新、维护Supervise the cultural board regularly update and maintenance
