Experience testing cellular or wireless devices, or experience testing web based application or experience testing mobile applications on iPhone and Android platforms.
Proven analytical skills. Knowledge of business process development and improvement
2 - 3 years experience testing applications and/or devices in an agile development environment
1+ years experience with various software tools including defect tracking, test repositories, requirements management, and source code repositories
1+ years experience reviewing requirements, and reporting status to QA lead.
Exposure to automated unit and functional tests is desired
Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy, with positive attitude
Ability to maintain positive work relationships with supervisor and co-workers

Responsibilities:
Design and maintain computer manual test cases and/or automated scripts for software testing for end to end business processes over several systems. Automation software currently in use is Oracle Open Script.
Author manual test cases with sufficient detail to be repeatable and reliable, and re-usable with specified data sets and account permissions. Test environment is currently HP Quality Center.
Execute manual and automated tests on schedule with coordinated effort with field driving trips sometimes occurring overnight and over weekends. Some production support of software release activities will be required.

Write accurate, reproducible, detailed defect reports, and assist development and User Acceptance Test teams in recreation of the problem, and retesting of the solution.

Report test authoring status, test execution status, and defect metrics according to schedule in an agile development / test cycle.

Specific systems / technology in use are Siebel CRM, Java, JavaScript, XML, Oracle DB, and telecommunication protocols along with supporting network transaction methods. Current mobile applications reside on iPhone (iOS) and Android platforms.
