Job Summary:
The CRM Systems Analysis will work with the business as well as the IT CRM/MW/TOS teams to conduct business requirement analysis
Responsibilities
1.Participate in meetings with the business and technical teams to clarify the requirements from internal and external clients
2.Documentation: Develop requirement documents, Operational Level Process (OLPs) and functional requirements documents
3.Support: Work with the IT CRM/MW/TOS teams to make sure the right business requirements are being followed, as well as following up with the business on any questions that the IT team may have in regards to the business requirements.
4.Handover/Training: To handover and train the test team and call center on any new requirements that have been developed making sure they have an understanding on how they work
5.Implementation: Make sure that if any migration or go-live requirements have been outlined and in place when the systems are being migrated or go-live
Qualifications:
10+ years experience in Business Analysis on large complex systems; Experience with Siebel Call Center and preferable Siebel Automotive; Experience in thorough implementation lifecycle (requirement/specification definition, development, testing, migration and go-live support)
