| Major Responsibilities -To lead the SQE team -To support sourcing team to develop suppliers -Periodically conduct on site supplier assessments of quality systems and process capabilities. - Continue to improve the product quality to drive for continuous improvement in quality/cost savings program. -Working closely with AP and global team, communicate and provide technical support to solve the quality issues. -Conduct training to internal and external engineers in term of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, LEAN Manufacturing, DOE and 6 Sigma etc. Key Competencies -BS degree or above of mechanical engineering or any other related technical disciplines. - 10 years working experience, and at least 5 years experience as quality or process engineer for injection molding, stamping parts or other commodities. At least 2 years experience as team leader of supplier quality management. -Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management, TS16949 etc. -Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA etc. -Candidate with 6 sigma black belt will be preferred -Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing -Self Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency. -Strong project management skills, time management skills, influencing and communication skills are required. |
