| Job Objective工作目标： To ensure the production on Encapsulation Workshop in terms of quality and quantity accordingly to the company targets Job Responsibilities工作职责： Team management (Engineers / Shift) Leaders in order to: § Follow production schedule § Meet production targets (Output, Yield, Efficiency, Productivity…) § Review and evaluate team operation § Make sure company policies, rules and regulations are fully applied § Analyze daily / weekly / monthly problems and deviations, report them and built action plans to solve them § Ensure optimum communication and cooperation with other departments § Maintain / Improve 5S and safe working conditions § Promote WCM deployment and activities EHS： § Insure the compliance with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. § Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements. § Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline. § Be responsible for own area risk assessment and keep on updating. § Be responsible for EHS inspections and program /procedure implementation in his working area (machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, etc). Job Requirements工作要求： § Master an Engineer level in terms of technical skills, mathematics, physics, management § Knowledge of the process and be able to understand all the physical or mechanical effects on the product during its transformation (in following training and reading the company and machine suppliers manual) § Be able to understand the basis of the financial aspects as the budget, technical norm, profitability § Fluent English (speak and write) § >5years experience in managing production teams(3shifts) § Managing teams § Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process § Good capability of relationship § Motivate and team spirit § Able to assume risks § Very results/goal focused § Able to manage hard situations § Dynamism and pro-activity § Analyze and solve problem § Quality oriented |
