1. OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Responsible for manufacture engineering management including advanced equipment developing solution, process management and production equipment maintenance.
2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
• Sets, maintains and manages high standard of manufacture engineering at TACS Wuhan; • Develop and implement AME solutions for TACS Wuhan caliper business;
• Responsible for creating capital budgets & expenses controlling for projects;
• Liaise with AP / Global engineering functions, related product line mother plant, and sister facilities for process engineering on all related activities
• Champion reactive & proactive process engineering activities on site
• Improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques to ensure overall operations efficiency
• Manages and trains professional engineers
• Determines proper staffing and skills levels for the engineering people
3. KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluent in Oral English
• A proven disciplined approach to project management.
• Solid knowledge and experience of manufacturing technologies, process development at assembly, machining area
• A good team player with other dept, good at communication
• Experience of team management as a leader
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
• Educational: Bachelor Degree in mechanical/machining engineering or advanced degree
in related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in assembly/machining manufacturing
engineering
Experience for new production introduction & transferring into China
Proven experience for developing new manufacturing process and
implementation
