Responsibilities：
1、Enhance delivery site in labor market as an attractive employer
2、Strengthen the delivery organization by implementing processes and quality standards (CMM-Levels) according to Governance and in line with Global strategy
3、Strengthen delivery function in China including hiring, infrastructure and all other relevant frame conditions
4、Run the operations and achieve the revenue, gross profit and EBIT targets
5、Coordination of Management  team including delivery heads, financial controlling, human resource, quality management and further functions
6、Measurement and control of all defined KPIs
7、Assure success of projects for both the company and the customer on time, quality and budget
8、Overall responsibility (technical, business & financial) for all projects and represent them in front of the customer (including escalation)
9、Responsible for the government/public relations.

Requirements:
1、At least 5 years of experience in leading a software development or maintenance unit of at least 100 employees
2、Strong knowledge of the local IT market combined with an established business network
3、Excellent management skills with exposure to senior management of the customer
4、Very good customer facing and customer relationship skills
5、Very good intercultural skills
6、Familiar with contract management and legal framework in China
7、Good overall IT knowledge
8、Working experience in a multinational IT company is highly desired
9、Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
10、Excellent communication and presentation skills
