| 1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的 Buyer is mainly responsible for procurement of indirect materials including capex, and services in line regional and global indirect sourcing policies as well as warehousing and distribution of those materials to support overall usage requirements. 2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责 • Purchase requisition, pricing negotiation, purchase order generation and monthly payment application for goods received. • Annual quotation and sourcing agreements for spare parts based on usage and inventory maintenance (update and maintain minimum inventory requirements) of those parts. • Inventory management of indirect materials and distribution of those materials. • Maintain spare part inventory database and update as material is received and/or issued for usage. l Other tasks assigned by leader. 3. KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求 • Good spoken and written English. • Familiar with purchasing process under MRP environment. • International purchasing experience definitely is strength. • Logistics knowledge and inventory control skills. • Basic management skills. 4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求 Educational: University degree on Engineering or business. Experience: 5 years experience in purchasing area in a manufacturing unit. |
