职位描述:
Duties and responsibilities
1.    Implement and manage Customer Service Department meeting SLA
2.    Forecast and review capacity according to sales plan
3.    Supervise training and ensure quality control on service
4.    Coach/mentor team leader to achieve higher productivity and service level
5.    Design of department process related documentation
6.    Provide assistant to projects involving CS
7.    Cooperation with other units in Operation and other departments
Education/Experience
1.    Minimum 4 years management experience from operation or customer service - management experience in retail financial services
2.    Bachelor degree (Economics, Engineering, or other)
3.    “Western experience” is an advantage
Required skills
1.    Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written)
2.    Direct experience customer service/operation environment
3.    Process management and quality management skills
4.    Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet)
5.    Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal
6.    Hands-on but structured approach

主要接的热线包括客服热线,销售热线,商户热线,推广热线,营销热线。客服热线是解答客户对于合同中的还款疑问;销售热线是解答销售代表对于销售流程的各种疑问,比如申请表的填写,业务知识的咨询;商户热线是解答已合作的商家和潜在商户对我司业务的咨询;推广热线是有收到我司的宣传单的潜在客户来电咨询产品信息;营销热线主要是可以办理小额现金贷款的客户来电咨询业务。
